    I subscribed, but found it tricky. There are too many options. Add a big "subscribe" button near the top of the page - one for iTunes too.

    And please add your videos into the podcast feed. Most podcatchers allow this and those that don't will simply skip over the videos.

    You're building a good site here and I really like the podcasts. I hope this helps you retain some traffic and some listeners
